Payments and Guarantee

Payment Policies

We offer free color consultations and estimates.  We do not require a deposit. Although, we like to be paid one-half down, and one-half at completion, we will accept full payment at the end of the job.  That is how confident we are in our work.

In the past we have financed larger jobs by extending six equal payments over three to six months.

No Hidden Charges

There are no surprise charges with us.  You will not be charged more than the contract price unless you request additional work, and only when we agree ahead of time — in writing — on the new price.

Guarantee

Our motto is:  “Prep, prep, and prep.”  Your paint job is only as good as your prep.

Our time-tested guarantee is:  If our paint job fails prematurely, we will fix the problem and re-paint it at no cost to you.  We work very closely with the professionals from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paints.  We will go by the manufacturer’s recommendation and have a professional come out from the Benjamin Moore or Sherwin William company to advise as to what caused the failure and how to fix it.

In all of our 48 years of professional painting, we’ve had only 2 instances of paint failure, both of which were fully guaranteed by Benjamin Moore.  They paid for the new paint and the labor, at no charge to the customer.
